Services provided at MCU-Thailand

1) Promotion and Outreach:  Includes promotional events, social media management, and visits to various institutions to discuss collaborations.

2) Admissions and Customer Service: Assists students with applications, organizes admission interviews, prepares students for their journey to Taiwan, and provides related consultations.

3) University Connections: Facilitates collaborations between MCU’s departments and Thai educational institutions, supporting internship programs, exchange student programs, credit and non-credit courses, 2+2 programs, off-campus teaching, and professor exchanges.

4) Student Affairs: Supports the needs of current Thai students and alumni of MCU. Establishes and manages the Thai Student Association and Thai Alumni Association.

5) Industry-Academia Collaboration: Partners with industries in Taiwan and Thailand, facilitates human resource matching, and provides internship and job placement information for graduates.

6) Chinese Studies Programs: Overseen by the Director of the MSCC, who is stationed in Thailand. Offers various Mandarin courses, short-term study tours, and administers the Computerized Adaptive Testing for the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL CAT) in Thailand.

7) Offshore Degree Programs:Offers the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Business Administration for the Thailand Overseas Program under Ming Chuan University’s International College.

8) Inter-University Collaboration: Assists UTCC’s Thai-Chinese International School of Management in setting up and operating master’s and doctoral programs, including those in Business Administration and Educational Administration, as well as bachelor’s programs in Business Administration.

9) International Exchange: In addition to Taiwan-Thailand exchanges, MCU is a pioneer in internationalization among Taiwanese universities. Besides having a U.S. campus location, the university has established offices in Japan, Mongolia, and other regions. The Education and Culture Center in Thailand also handles exchange tasks for other overseas offices and sister schools visiting Thailand.
