Ming Chuan University Education and Culture Center in Thailand established in March 2018. The initial office was located at the Thailand-Taiwan BDI Technology Institute, built by BDI Company. In December of the same year, the office relocated to the campus of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) in downtown Bangkok. The current office is situated on the 3rd floor of Building 22, within the Thai-Chinese International School of Management (TCISM) at UTCC.
