**Human Resources Allocation: **<\/span>\u00a0
\n<\/strong>From the establishment of the Thailand Education and Culture Center, Ming Chuan University has placed great emphasis on the Thai market. At the time, the university assigned Dr. Lan-Yu Lee, then Dean of the International College (now Ming Chuan University\u2019s International Vice President), and Mr. Zihong Qin, then Deputy Director of the Chinese Language Training Center (now Director of the Center), to be stationed locally. Additionally, one Taiwanese staff member and one Thai staff member were hired, bringing the total team to four people. Currently, the Thailand Education and Culture Center has a total of seven full-time staff members (1 Taiwanese and 6 Thai), making it the largest and most resource-intensive overseas office among all Taiwanese universities.<\/span><\/p>\n
